Diagram templates

Choose the diagram by the question it answers: how a process runs, where customers struggle, what two ideas share, what to do first, or how a business fits together. Each template collects that structure in plain fields, one step or item per line, and Vizify builds a native diagram from it rather than a picture.

Every template here produces a structured artifact, a Mermaid diagram or a MakeCharts chart depending on the diagram type. Your labels are kept as you wrote them, and you can ask Vizify to add a step, rename a node or move an item in the same conversation. Layout is automatic, so you describe the structure and the renderer places it.

Nothing is researched, scored or filled in for you. Steps, decisions, sets, impact and effort scores, roles and canvas notes all come from you, and missing values are asked about instead of guessed. Export and sharing options are whatever the Vizify App offers for that artifact type; no Office or image file format is promised here.

The set suits sales and marketing teams mapping a process, product teams mapping a user path, founders filling in a canvas, and teachers comparing two processes side by side.

Choosing a template

Which one fits your task?

01

A process with decisions

Use a flowchart. There are templates for a sales process, a user flow, behavior handling, a design process, email marketing triggers, end-to-end recruitment and a revenue cycle. Each asks for the steps in order and the decision points, with yes and no branches that all end somewhere.

02

An experience over time

The customer journey map lays out stages, what the customer does in each and a satisfaction score you assign, so pain points show up as low scores instead of loose notes.

03

Overlap between groups

The Venn diagram template handles two or three sets. The Ikigai chart uses four circles for a personal direction exercise, and the photosynthesis and cellular respiration diagram compares two processes for a lesson.

04

Priorities and positions

The action priority matrix places tasks by impact and effort using your scores. The competitive analysis template becomes a quadrant or a comparison layout depending on whether you give two axes or a list of criteria.

05

Business models and structure

The lean canvas and value proposition canvas fill the standard blocks with your notes, and the org chart builds reporting lines from the roles and managers you list.

Questions
Are these diagrams images?

No. They are native Mermaid or MakeCharts artifacts built from your structure, so text stays text and you can ask for changes to individual steps or items. No image model draws them.

Where does the content of a diagram come from?

From you. Steps, sets, scores, roles and canvas notes are taken from the fields you fill in. If something is missing, such as a score for one task, Vizify asks instead of inventing a value.

Can a flowchart include loops and several decisions?

Yes. List each decision point and what happens on each answer, including steps that return to an earlier stage. Every branch should end at an outcome, so name the end points too.

Can I control the colors and exact layout?

Placement is automatic. You can ask for renamed labels, different grouping or another direction in the conversation, but pixel-level positioning is not available.

Which export formats can I download?

Whatever the Vizify App currently offers for Mermaid and MakeCharts artifacts. These templates do not promise a PowerPoint, Visio or other editable Office file.

Are diagram templates free?

Preparing the diagram brief is free and needs no account. Creating the diagram requires signing in and follows your account's current access and credit rules.
