Pick the poster by the wall it will hang on or the screen it will fill: an office corridor, a classroom door, a café counter or a community board. Each template asks for the headline and the few facts people must read from a distance, then opens as a brief in Vizify before anything is generated.
Each template produces one generated poster image, usually in a tall direction, with one headline that reads from across a room and a short set of supporting details. You can save it for a screen, an intranet or a message, or print it yourself; it is not a print-ready file with bleed, CMYK color or an exact paper size.
Posters with many lines, like a class schedule, are the hardest to render cleanly. Keep lists short, and check every name, time, price and address in the result, because generated text can contain mistakes. For the mental health awareness poster, use approved wording and real support contacts that you supply.
Use the hiring poster for one open role, the refer-a-friend poster for an employee referral drive, the core values poster for values in your own words, the employee appreciation poster to thank a team, and the farewell poster for a colleague who is leaving or retiring.
02
Announcements and dates
The announcement poster covers an opening, closure or change. The save-the-date, Lunar New Year and summer camp posters lead with the event and its date, and the survey poster asks people to take part in a survey.
03
School and coaching
The class schedule poster lays out a timetable you type in, the graduate poster celebrates one graduate or a whole class, and the meet-the-coach poster introduces a coach with a short bio.
04
Small business
The coffee poster promotes one drink at a café with the size and price you provide, and the rental ad presents a listing with the price, size and contact details you provide. Add a real photo where the template allows it.
05
Causes and volunteers
The volunteer poster recruits helpers for a named cause and date, and the mental health awareness poster shares a message and support resources you supply.
Preparing a poster brief from any template is free and needs no account. Generating the poster requires signing in and uses your account's current access and credit rules, so it is not unlimited free generation.
Can I print the poster at a large size?+
You can save the image and print it, but it is a generated image with no bleed, CMYK profile or guaranteed resolution for large prints. Print a small test first and check that the text stays sharp.
How much text can a poster hold?+
One headline and a few short lines read best. Dense content such as a full weekly timetable is possible but more likely to contain rendering mistakes, so keep entries short and check each one.
Can I add a QR code to the poster?+
Not a working one. Generated images cannot contain a scannable QR code, so leave space and add a real code in another tool, or print the link as text.
What is the difference between a poster template and a flyer template?+
Posters are built to be read from a distance on a wall or screen, with one large headline. Flyers carry more detail for someone reading up close. Use the flyer templates when people need dates, lists and instructions.
