Pick the certificate by what you are recognizing: a month of good work, years of service, a volunteer's hours, a place in a contest or a child's first graduation. Each template collects the recipient, the reason and who is presenting it, then opens as a brief you check in Vizify before generating.
These templates create a certificate as one generated image, laid out with a title, the recipient's name, the reason and a presenter line. They are for recognition you hand out yourself at work, in a classroom, a club or a volunteer group, and they are easiest to share on screen, in a message or on a slide.
A generated certificate is not an official credential. It carries no verification, real signature or accreditation seal, and it should not imitate an institution you do not represent. Names are rendered as text and can come out wrong, so check every spelling. Each request makes one certificate; for a whole team or class, run one request per name.
To create a certificate for a printed handout, save the image and print it on your own paper. It is not a print-ready PDF with bleed, and there is no editable Word or PowerPoint version.
Employee of the month covers one person and one period. The certificate of appreciation thanks someone for a specific contribution, the certificate of recognition marks a formal honor or milestone, and the certificate of service records years or a term of service.
02
Events and volunteering
The participation certificate records taking part in an event or workshop; it does not certify course completion or a qualification. The volunteer certificate names the program and organization, with hours or a period only if you supply them; hours are not calculated or verified.
03
Winners and playful awards
The winner certificate states a placing in a named contest. The superlative certificate is for light-hearted class or team awards, such as a most-helpful title, written in your own words.
04
Young learners
The preschool graduation certificate uses a friendlier layout for a child's name, class and school, with a line for the teacher's name.
05
Many recipients
Each request makes one certificate. Approve the design for the first name, then ask Vizify in the same conversation for the next name in the same style. Expect small differences between versions.
QuestionsHow do I create a certificate with a template?+
Pick the template that matches the occasion, enter the recipient's name, the reason and who is presenting it, and continue to Vizify. Review the brief, press Send, and check the generated certificate before you share it.
Is a generated certificate official or accredited?+
No. It is a recognition image you design yourself. It has no verification, accreditation or real signature, and it should not copy the name or seal of an organization you do not represent.
Can I make certificates for a whole class or team at once?+
Not in one step. Each request creates one certificate. Run one request per recipient and compare the names carefully, because generated text can contain mistakes.
Can I print the certificate?+
You can save the image and print it yourself. It is not a print-ready PDF with bleed or an editable document, so print a test copy first to check margins and color.
Can I add our logo or a signature?+
Where a template offers a reference upload, you can add one logo image; the certificate is guided by it but may not reproduce it exactly. Signatures are not recreated, so leave a signature line and sign printed copies by hand.
