Paste the message you received, say what you want the reply to achieve, how you know the sender and the tone you want. Vizify drafts a response in the conversation that answers what was actually asked. Nothing is sent; you review, edit and send it yourself.
Your request and choices open in Vizify for review. Nothing runs until you send it, and Vizify never sends the reply for you.

Facts, dates or offers you can commit to
A reply draft in the conversation
Placeholders where a fact or commitment is missing
A shorter, softer or firmer version on request
The draft responds to each question or request in the original, so the other person does not have to write back asking about the part you skipped.
Refunds, dates, prices and promises come from you. If the reply needs a commitment you have not made, it leaves a placeholder instead of agreeing on your behalf.
A text reply stays to a line or two, an email gets a greeting and sign-off, and a public review reply remembers that other customers will read it.
Ask for a warmer, firmer or shorter reply in the same conversation and compare them before you choose.
Hi, I'm sorry the ceramic teapot in order #4471 arrived cracked. We can send a free replacement by express delivery to arrive by Saturday, in time for your Sunday gift. Please reply with a photo showing the damage. You do not need to return the broken teapot. Warmly, Maya Fernhill Pottery
Draft a reply to this customer email: 'Hi, my order #4471 arrived today and the ceramic teapot was cracked in two places. I bought it as a gift for Sunday. What can you do?' Goal: apologize once, offer a free replacement sent by express delivery to arrive by Saturday, and ask them to reply with a photo of the damage; there is no need to return the broken teapot. Relationship: first-time customer of Fernhill Pottery. Tone: warm and efficient. Sign off as Maya, Fernhill Pottery.
I understand your frustration after asking three times. Please share your order number and the details of your refund request so I can check the status. I do not yet have enough information to confirm whether the refund has been processed or give an accurate payment date. [sender name]
Help me reply to this: 'This is the third time I've asked. Where is my refund?? I'm reporting you.'
No business name, refund status, amount or goal. Checks that the draft stays calm, uses placeholders for the refund status and date, and does not promise a refund, amount or timeline the user never confirmed.
Replies to customer emails, reviews, landlord or neighbor texts, recruiter messages, colleagues in work chat and awkward personal messages. Paste the original, say what you want, and it drafts the answer.
No. It is not connected to your email, phone or messaging apps. Copy the draft, edit it if needed and send it yourself.
No. It only sees the message you paste into the request. Paste only what the reply needs and leave out account numbers, addresses or other personal details that are not relevant.
It is instructed not to. Refunds, discounts, dates and deadlines appear only if you supplied them; otherwise the draft shows a placeholder. Read the reply for anything that sounds like a commitment before you send it.
Yes. Instead of pasting a message, describe who you are writing to and why, and it drafts an opening message, such as a follow-up after an interview or a note to a new neighbor.
Yes. Ask for a one-line reply, or paste a single sentence you wrote and ask for it to sound kinder, clearer or more direct.
Paste their message, state what you can actually offer and what outcome you want. The draft stays calm, acknowledges the problem and sets out the next step, but you decide on any refund or compensation.
Keep private details out, since other customers will read it. Thank the reviewer, address the specific complaint and say what has changed, using only facts you supplied.
Yes. It replies in the language of the original message unless you ask for another one. Have a fluent speaker check anything important.
No account is needed to prepare the request here. Drafting the reply requires signing in to Vizify and uses your account's current access and credit rules.
Paste the full message you are answering, not a summary, so the reply can address each point. Then add three things: the outcome you want, your relationship to the sender, and anything you are able to offer or commit to. “I can do Saturday morning but not Friday” produces a far more useful reply than “help me say no nicely”.
Read the draft as the recipient would. Fill every bracketed placeholder, make sure it answers every question they asked, and remove anything that sounds like a promise you have not decided to make. For public replies, check that no private information about the customer appears.
It drafts text in the Vizify conversation. It does not connect to your inbox, messaging apps or review platforms, and it does not send, schedule or post anything.
