Same task, three directions

Pick a direction to start from.

01

Soft morning light

Gentle hills or a quiet lake at sunrise in muted greens and blues, leaving calm space for the support panel.

02

Awareness ribbon

A small lime green ribbon beside the title, for awareness month events and mental health awareness flyers on campus boards.

03

Conversation scene

A warm illustration of two people talking, which suits peer support groups, drop-in sessions and listening events.

What the template keeps

The parts that stay consistent.

01

A calm tone

Hopeful, quiet imagery without distress clichés or stigmatizing pictures.

02

Support details first

The support information has its own panel with strong contrast, so people can find it quickly.

03

Nothing clinical added

No advice, symptoms, statistics or hotlines beyond what you supplied.

How to use it

From details to a result.

  1. 01

    Describe the event or service

Name what is happening and who is running it, in the words your organization already uses.

  2. 02

    Paste approved support information

Use the contact lines, hours and resources your organization has approved. They are placed verbatim.

  3. 03

Add an approved message if you have one

Optional. A short line in your organization's voice; nothing is written for you.

  4. 04

Review, generate and have it checked

The brief opens in Vizify before it runs. Have the person responsible for this service check every number and line.

Output boundaries

What to check before you use it.

  • This is not clinical guidance. You supply approved wording and resources, and a qualified person in your organization should review the flyer.
  • Generated text can contain mistakes. A wrong digit sends people to the wrong place, so check every phone number, code and room.
  • No crisis resources are added automatically. Include your approved crisis line yourself if it belongs on the flyer.
  • The people shown are generic illustrations, not your counselors or staff.
  • The result is one tall or square image, not a print-ready file or a brochure.
Questions
Can it write the mental health information for the flyer?

No. It only places the wording and resources your organization has approved. It will not add symptoms, advice or statistics.

Should I include a crisis line?

If your organization has an approved crisis resource, add it to the support information exactly as it should appear. The template never inserts one on its own.

What imagery works for mental health awareness flyers?

Calm, hopeful scenes such as nature, soft light or people talking. The template avoids images of distress, pills or isolation, which can stigmatize or upset readers.

Can I make one for a workplace assistance program?

Yes. Describe the program as the service, give an ongoing availability in place of a date, and paste the approved contact lines.
