Same task, three directions

Pick a direction to start from.

01

Speaker name cards

Request equally sized name cards in place of generated speaker portraits, then verify that each full name, role and organization is paired correctly.

02

Topic illustration

A clean illustration of the subject carries the post, with speakers listed in a compact block, for single-host sessions.

03

Replay announcement

A post-webinar layout that says the session happened and points to the recording, using your own replay wording.

What the template keeps

The parts that stay consistent.

01

Time zones kept intact

Request every supplied time and time-zone label unchanged; verify all of them in the actual image.

02

Names tied to titles

Request each speaker's role and organization beside the correct name; inspect every pairing in the actual image.

03

No invented faces

Request name cards instead of portraits of the named speakers; check the actual image for invented faces.

  3. 03

    Write the registration line

A short web address or instruction. It appears as text, not as a working sign-up.

  4. 04

Pick the format, review and generate

Square or wide for LinkedIn and other feeds, vertical for Stories. The brief opens in Vizify before it runs.

Output boundaries

What to check before you use it.

  • It does not convert time zones. Check each time against a world clock before posting.
  • This template has no speaker-photo input. Request name cards instead of invented speaker portraits, and check that the actual image follows that request.
  • Vizify does not host the webinar, collect registrations or send replay links.
  • Vizify does not post the image or run LinkedIn ads; publish or upload it in your own accounts and check each platform's current ad specs.
  • Generated text can contain mistakes. Check speaker names, titles, the date and the registration address.
  • Format and safe-area instructions are requests, not guaranteed proportions, pixels or margins. Inspect the actual image, all text and the crop for your destination before sharing.
Questions
Can I use this for a LinkedIn webinar ad?

Yes, as the ad image. Choose square or wide, then set up the ad and targeting in LinkedIn and check its current image specs. No results are implied.

Are the samples here LinkedIn webinar ad examples I can adapt?

Yes. One example is simple; the other includes long job titles and three time zones. Use them as layout references and replace the sample details with your event information. They do not represent a real LinkedIn campaign or promise ad performance.

Can I make a post-webinar replay announcement?

Yes. Use the replay direction, write your own wording for where to watch, and keep the original date so people know the session already happened.

Will it convert times between time zones?

No. Supply every time and time-zone label you want shown; the brief instructs the generator not to convert, add or drop them, and to ask if a zone is missing. Verify the actual image against your inputs.

Can speaker photos be included?

Not on this template. It uses name cards instead of portraits. Add real headshots in a layout tool if you need them.
