Tell Vizify who the letter is for, why you are writing, the points it must make and the tone. It returns a letter draft in the conversation, with placeholders for anything you did not supply, ready for you to check, sign and send yourself.
Your request and choices open in Vizify for review. Nothing runs until you send it.

Formal letters follow business conventions, with a clear subject, a respectful greeting and a formal close. Personal letters sound like one person writing to another.
Every date, amount and reference number comes from you. If the letter needs one you did not give, it shows a placeholder such as [date of first report] instead of a guess.
The opening says why you are writing, the middle gives the details in a sensible order, and the close states what you are asking for or what happens next.
Ask for a firmer, softer or shorter version in the same conversation. Your facts stay fixed while the wording changes.

No employer, manager, last working day or notice period. Checks that the draft uses placeholders for those details and does not invent a date, a notice period or reasons the user never gave.
Most everyday letters, including cover letters, complaint letters, requests to a landlord or council, thank-you letters, resignation letters, reference letter drafts, letters to customers and personal letters to family or friends.
It is a draft, not legal advice. For contracts, formal notices, disputes or anything with legal consequences, have the letter reviewed by a qualified professional before you send it.
No. You get the letter text with its usual parts, such as the date line, greeting, body and sign-off. Paste it into your own letterhead, email or document; there is no designed template, logo or Word file.
It is instructed not to. Missing names, dates, amounts and reference numbers appear as bracketed placeholders. Read the final letter carefully anyway, because every statement in it is one you are making.
No. Vizify is not connected to your email or the post. Copy the finished letter and send it yourself.
Yes. Give it the role, the company, why you want the job and the experience you want to highlight, or paste the relevant part of your CV. It will not add qualifications you did not mention, so check that every claim is true.
Yes, from the facts you supply about the person, such as how long you have known them, their role and specific examples of their work. You remain responsible for everything the reference says.
Formal uses a clear subject line, a formal greeting and close, and complete, neutral sentences. Personal is warmer and looser, like a note to someone you know. Remove the control if you would rather describe the tone yourself.
Yes. Write your request in that language or ask for it. Formal conventions differ between countries, so have a fluent reader check an important letter before you send it.
You can prepare the letter request here without an account. Writing the draft requires signing in to Vizify and uses your account's current access and credit rules.
Name the recipient and how you know them, then state the purpose in one sentence: a repair, a refund, a thank-you, a resignation. List the facts the letter depends on, such as dates, reference numbers and amounts, and say what you want to happen next. Finish with the tone. A complaint can be firm without being angry, and saying which you want makes the draft easier to use.
Every placeholder in brackets needs a real value. Read each date and amount against your records, make sure the letter asks for one clear action, and remove anything you would not say in person. For letters with legal or financial consequences, show the draft to someone qualified before it goes out.
It writes the text of the letter. It does not design a letterhead, fill in official forms, send email or post, or confirm that a letter meets a legal requirement.
