AI writing assistant

Turn your notes into a first draft you can edit.

Tell Vizify what you are writing, the points it must cover, who will read it and roughly how long it should be. It returns a text or Markdown draft in the conversation that keeps your facts, marks what is missing and is ready for you to revise.

Your request and choices open in Vizify for review. Nothing runs until you send it.

You give

What you are writing and why

Key points, facts and figures to include

Who will read it

Tone and approximate length

Vizify hands back

A first draft as text or Markdown in the conversation

Bracketed placeholders for details you did not supply

Revised versions on request in the same conversation

What it does

Built to hand back finished work.

Vizify

One brief instead of a blank prompt

The task, points, reader, tone and length arrive together, so the first draft starts from what you need rather than a guess you have to correct.

Vizify

Your facts stay yours

Names, numbers, dates and quotes come from you. When something is missing, the draft leaves a clear placeholder such as [launch date] for you to fill in.

Vizify

Markdown when it helps

Headings, bullet lists and tables appear when the piece needs structure and plain paragraphs when it does not, so the text pastes cleanly where it belongs.

Vizify

Revise by asking

Ask for a shorter version, a warmer tone or a different opening in the same conversation. The earlier draft and your facts stay in context.

Worked examples

A standard request and an edge case.

A simple way to remember your appointment From 3 March, Harbor Lane Physio will send a text-message reminder 24 hours before each visit. The reminder gives you a chance to confirm your appointment or ask to reschedule. When the text arrives, reply C to confirm. If you need to change your appointment, reply R to reschedule. These are the two reply options: C for confirm, R for reschedule. If you prefer email reminders, you can switch in your account settings. Text messages are an option for reminders; you can choose email if that suits you better. You can still contact the clinic by phone. Our phone line stays open from 8am to 6pm on weekdays. If you would like help with your reminder preference or have a question about an appointment, call during those hours. The new reminders begin on 3 March and arrive 24 hours before each visit. Please look for the reminder and use the reply that fits your plans. Confirm with C when you can attend, or reply R when you need to reschedule. Thank you for helping us keep your appointment plans up to date.

Standard input

Customer update about new appointment reminders

Write a customer update for the Harbor Lane Physio newsletter. Task: announce that appointment reminders now go out by text message 24 hours before each visit. Points: patients can reply C to confirm or R to reschedule; reminders start on 3 March; patients who prefer email reminders can switch in their account settings; the clinic phone line stays open 8am to 6pm on weekdays. Reader: existing patients, many of them over 60. Tone: warm, plain and reassuring. Length: about 200 words, with one short heading.

What is the product, which competitors should the post compare, and what evidence supports the claimed advantages? I need those facts to write a convincing comparison without inventing superiority claims.

Boundary input

A blog post request with no facts supplied

Write a blog post about why our new product is better than the competition. Make it long and convincing.

No product name, features, audience or evidence. Checks that the draft asks for or marks the missing facts with placeholders instead of inventing features, comparisons or statistics.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What can this AI text generator write?

Everyday writing with a clear purpose, such as emails, announcements, meeting summaries, product descriptions, instructions, bios, blog outlines and short articles. Give it the task, the points to cover and the reader, and it drafts the piece.

Is this a free AI writer?

Preparing the request on this page is free and needs no account. Writing the draft requires signing in to Vizify and uses your account's current access and credit rules, so it is not unlimited free writing.

Will it make up facts?

It is instructed to use only the facts you give and to leave a bracketed placeholder or ask when something is missing. Still read every draft, because a language model can state something confidently that you never supplied.

What format does the text come back in?

Text in the Vizify conversation, with Markdown headings, lists or tables when the piece needs them. Copy it into your email, document or site. It does not produce a Word template, a designed PDF or slides.

How long can the text be?

The Length control asks for roughly 150, 400 or 800 words, and you can name another length in your request. For long pieces, ask for an outline first and then write it section by section.

Will the text pass AI detection?

No such promise is made, and the tool is not designed to hide that AI helped. Edit the draft into your own words and follow the rules of your school, employer or publication.

Can it help me write in my own voice?

Yes. Paste a short sample of something you wrote and ask Vizify to match its tone and sentence length. The closer the sample is to the piece you need, the better the match.

Can it write in other languages?

Vizify writes in the language you use or the one you ask for. Have a fluent speaker check anything important, especially idioms and formal wording.

Which AI model writes the text?

Vizify uses a current chat model suited to the task. The models open to you depend on your account; the AI chat page lists the current choices.

What makes a good request to an AI writing tool?

The purpose, the reader, three to five concrete points, the tone and a length. A request like "write a post about our product" gives the model nothing to work with; naming the product, the change and the audience does.

Does it send, publish or post anything?

No. Vizify returns the draft in the conversation. You decide where it goes and send or publish it yourself.

What to give the AI text generator

Start with the job the text has to do: inform customers about a change, summarize a meeting for someone who missed it, or explain a process to a new colleague. Then list the points that must appear, in the order you care about them, and say who will read it. A reader description such as “parents of first-year pupils” changes word choice more than any tone setting. Add the tone and a rough length last.

What comes back, and what to check

You get a draft in the conversation, in plain paragraphs or Markdown when headings and lists help. Anything you did not provide, such as a date, a price or a contact name, appears as a bracketed placeholder. Before you use the text, check every fact, fill every placeholder and read it aloud once; that is where awkward sentences show up.

Drafts, not finished copy

The tool writes a first version so you can spend your time editing rather than facing a blank page. It does not research topics, check claims or format documents. For a structured plan rather than prose, the work brief generator organizes goals, scope and constraints instead.
