Subscription Term
Subscriptions automatically renew for additional periods equal to the initial subscription term unless canceled before the renewal date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, images, and other content (excluding User Content), are owned by Vizify or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitations
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Services
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Use our Services to create a competing product
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your account and access to the Services will be disabled.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL VIZIFY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vizify and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
