You may use Vizify to run agent workflows and create artifacts for lawful personal, creative, or business purposes. You are responsible for the prompts, files, instructions, and other content you submit, and for how you review and use generated outputs.
Vizify may support anonymous sessions, registered accounts, and account upgrades. Keep your credentials and active sessions secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account unless the activity was caused by our failure to protect the service.
Paid plans, trials, subscriptions, and credit packs may be offered through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Credits may be consumed by agent runs based on model use, artifact type, skill, runtime, or related service costs. Client-side checkout completion is not payment proof; billing changes are applied after verified payment events.
As between you and Vizify, you keep the rights you have in your inputs and generated artifacts, subject to the rights needed for Vizify and its providers to operate, secure, improve, and support the service. AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other content, so review them before relying on them.
When you upload images, audio, or video as reference material, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained every right and permission needed for that material and for the use you direct — including the consent of any person whose voice, likeness, or performance it contains. Do not upload or direct the service to imitate a real person's voice or likeness without that person's permission. Vizify acts on your instructions and does not pre-screen uploads; you bear sole responsibility for your materials and for how you use the results, and we may remove material or suspend access where use violates these Terms or applicable law.
Do not use Vizify to break the law, infringe others' rights, generate deceptive or harmful content, attack the service, bypass usage limits, reverse engineer protected systems, or interfere with other users.
Vizify is an evolving product. Features, models, skills, limits, prices, and availability may change. We may suspend or limit access when needed to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse.
Vizify is provided without warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, except where the law does not allow those limits.
